When can I expect my subscription to start?

Once your application is marked “Approved” on the portal, you will receive a confirmation email from UpToDate with log-in instructions that will allow you to activate your subscription. This may take 2-3 weeks after your “approved” status is granted. 

Please monitor your spam folder for an email with the subject line: "UpToDate/Better Evidence Donation Confirmation." If you have not received this email after 3 weeks of an "Approved" status, please contact BEProviders@ariadnelabs.org.

I am having issues logging in or submitting my application.

To create an account, please use the email you would like to use for your UpToDate subscription (or when loggin in, use the email you currently use for your UpToDate subscription if you are looking to renew). Please select "Forgot your password?" if you cannot remember it. You will receive an email from the system to reset it.

How do I renew my subscription?

To start a renewal application, please login to your previous account at www.better-evidence.org. Select “Apply” on your Dashboard. You must submit a renewal application annually through this link.  

We will ask you to review and update your information and share feedback on your experience with UpToDate over the last year. You will have the opportunity to elect to download offline features if you have not already.

Is there a Boston-based program for Summer 2024?

After a successful four years of remote programming, we plan to continue to deliver this program virtually as a way to provide equitable access to those who would not be able to attend in person.
